Electronic Health Network, LLC, established in June 2007, is a privately held, 8(a) Disadvantaged Minority Owned, Health Information/Health Informatics Technology Company, located in Charleston, South Carolina. We design and develop proprietary, patient-centric healthcare products focusing on the individual’s safety and security.

Charles Williams, Jr., President/CEO

Charles is a 20 year veteran entrepreneur with a strong background in finance, technology and business development. As CEO/President of International BanCard Corporation, his company was awarded an 8(a ) government contract from the United States Department Of Agriculture (USDA), Lockheed-Martin, and Citicorp to convert paper-based, food stamp grocery vendors in the State of New York to electronic benefits transfer (EBT) card systems. His business success resulted in the acquisition by ATM Merchant Systems. In 1989, his business, Credit Information Systems, was an early adopter to convert 2 million paper-based transactions into electronic point of sale (POS) data capture systems. His business success resulted in a merger with and the eventual acquisition by Citicorp and First Data Corporation. In 2000, he formed Dr. Merchant Business Services, which focused on the conversion of gift certificates to gift cards and checks to EFT/ACH. He developed a web-based hosting solution specializing in eCommerce with secured payment gateways. His business consulting service has assisted small businesses with start-up planning/development, low-risk business loans, and working capital loans. In 2006, Charles sold his Dr. Merchant Business portfolio and formed Electronic Health Network. Charles is the current Chairman for SCORE in Charleston, SC , and is an active member with the Charleston Metro, Dorchester and Berkeley Chamber of Commerce.

Chief Operating Officer- Wayne has over 25 years business management experience with Fortune 500 companies. He was a former military officer with the 101st Airborne Division, a former VP of Sales in medical device/trauma products with Sulzer Corporation, a Government Contracts Manger with Texas Instruments and Ball Aerospace, and the National Contract Manager with ValleyLab, a division of Pfizer Corporation. He was the former Operating Officer and Director of New Business Development at Crossroads Regional Hospital. He holds a Master of Management degree from the University of Phoenix and a BS degree from Louisiana College.

Aadli Abdul-Kareem

Executive Vice President, Sales & Marketing- Aadli is experienced as an owner/operator in the food and beverage industry. He was responsible for total business operations including profit/loss, food service, inventory controls, food/beverage costs, employee training, and total customer satisfaction. He developed successful marketing and promotional campaigns, local public relation events, developed media marketing programs with tourism associations, and with local and regional charity events. Prior to entering the hospitality industry, Aadli worked 9 years as a Senior Chemical Analyst for General Engineering Laboratories performing chemical/lab testing for numerous government clients to include Los Alamos National Labs and the Savannah River Site. He is a graduate of The Citadel with a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Chemistry.
